At thirteen I started to teach myself opal cutting and this leaded me into making jewellery. I worked with a master silversmith and took to working with metal like a duck to water. It was a skill I loved and I set out to make my fortune with my jewellery collections.

I didn’t make my fortune as I was extremely bad at marketing and way more interested in designing and making my next piece.
