Indoor Works
This is a portfolio of indoor works iv made over the years.
It’s been a journey of discovery. Being inspired by the mediums I had on hand and pushing the limits of the tools I had. Experimenting with textures and form.
Iv always had a problem with focusing on one concept or idea, making finding my voice and developing a recognisable and identifiable body of work quite a challenge .
I decided not to worry about this too much and found this brought me a sense of freedom and spent my time learning my mediums and tools.
It is only now that I look at this collection of work and start to see that I had a voice and style all along.
Its a mindset of all my works present and future, it’s more important to make a beautiful piece than to bog down with the theory.
